14U – High School: Program designed to get your player ready for HS tryouts. Strength & Conditioning, consistent hitting and analytics evaluations, and more. 3 Classes Weekly: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:30pm-9pm
8U-13U: Strength & conditioning workouts, weekly hitting and evaluations, and arm care. 3 Classes Weekly: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 6pm-7:30pm
